In 2025, Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited continued to move forward with its strategic plan amid a still challenging economic environment. The Company focused on developing quality projects in high-potential locations in Phuket Province, managing costs efficiently, and maintaining financial discipline. At the same time, the Company strengthened its corporate governance and risk management systems to establish a solid foundation for stable and sustainable growth. Through these efforts, the Company delivered strong operating results, reflecting its capability in project management, cost control, and the ability to adjust strategies appropriately in line with market demand.

In addition, 2025 marked a year of structural and operational readiness in preparation for the transfer of the Company’s securities, “TITLE” from the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in 2026. The Company has undertaken improvements in its organizational structure, enhanced its internal control systems, and strengthened corporate governance standards to align with the requirements of the Stock Exchange. This transition to trading on the SET is expected to represent another important milestone in strengthening investor confidence, enhancing competitiveness, and expanding future growth opportunities.
